How to Initiate a Return

  2. Choose the reason for return and submit your request within the allowed timeframe.
  3. Our team will review the request and guide you through the next steps.

In some cases, you may be asked to share images or videos of the product for quicker verification.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
  • The product should be returned in the same condition as delivered.

Returns may be rejected if these conditions are not met.
